What is implantation bleeding like

For the last 2/3 hours I have had this weird cramp that comes and goes it’s sore but not sore enough to take a painkiller, I have the tiniest bit of pink on the toilet paper barely visible but I’m panicking I don’t know if this is normal or something is going wrong, I’m 7dpt day 5 FET , I have never been pregnant so I don’t know what’s normal or not

Hi Lauren I’ve had this for a day or so im 8dp5dt, totally stressing! I only see mine when I insert a pessary. I’ve also had a dull AF ache all day x

I’m only 3dpt and I have had cramps and spotting on and off all day, it’s so stressful. I rung the clinic to check and they it’s normal so not to worry about it. Hope yours is good news! X

My advice would be, don’t take any pain relief if you can help it. It could be implantation bleeding, but it might not be. I believe if it’s fresh blood you need to be concerned about that. Until then, I would try not to think about it too much and wait for test day. I hope it works out for you ❤️❤️

I ended up taking 2 paracetamol last night because my hips started getting sore, Should I have not done that 😩 woke up the spotting has stopped but I still have sore hips and a little cramp here and there I wouldn’t say it’s like period it’s a strange cramp like lower down

I honestly wouldn’t worry then, paracetamol is safe in pregnancy anyway. Hope you feel better soon and get your BFP xxx
