Another cycle with NHS or should We go to a private clinic?

Hi everyone. Last July I had an FET, after 2 weeks it was positive but a week before that I started with some brown spotting. When I called to Barth’s hospital the nurse told me that I had to had 3 cyclogest and that is. The day of my scan I was worried because I could not feel like I was pregnant anymore, They could not see anything on the scam but told me maybe it was early. They made me a blood test to be sure and sent me home. When I was in the middle of the street they called me with the bad news and I had to stop all the medication. It was on Thursday. I started to feel a horrible pain and bleed a lot with the embryo sack inside, it was on Saturday. And stopped bleeding. It was a shock as after my myomectomy, We only had 4 frozen embryos and after my transfer, they couldn’t freeze the other two again. So now, we do not have any and we are waiting for a Telephone appointment with the doctor to discuss our chances now. My question is, should I do a self fundraising treatment with nhs at Barth’s hospital or it would be better to go to a private clinic?
