*Sensitive post* 1 egg wonder despite Empty Follicle syndrome (EFS)

Thank you to everyone who contributes on this platform. If it was not for the support I received and for reading peoples experiences, I would not have chosen the fertility clinic which helped me bring into this world a beautiful baby boy.

This was my third attempt at ICSI (first attempt in the UK). The clinic staff were professional and consultants approachable.

To anyone who has low ovarian reserve like me and has experienced EFS despite having maximum doses of stimulation there is hope!!!

There are a few things I did which I would like to share. If anyone would like additional information please do not hesitate to message me.

In summary for the third attempt I went all out!

Few things that helped me were the following;

1) Faith and meditation (downloaded mediation App)

2) Took a concoction of vitamins prior to stimulation.

3) Had acupuncture for 3 months prior to stimulation and a fertility massage.

4) Drank Pomegranate juice diluted with water with each meal throughout my cycle up to my test date.

5) Booked a holiday on test date so that I had something to look forward to other than my result.
