What happens if my period falls day before IVF month?

Hi all, this is a weird question but was wondering how it works with calling clinic on day 1 of period if my IVF is in November and my period comes early and Day 1 falls on October 31st, do i need to wait til my next period at end of November to call clinic or can i just called on 1st November?

Call on the first day of your period. So if it comes on 31st Oct then call then. They won’t delay your treatment by a whole month just because you come on a couple of days before the end of the previous month. Depending on what protocol you are on they may want to scan you on day 2/3 or start taking meds on day 1 so I would definitely call the day it arrives. Good luck with your cycle!

Hey ninieburelli don't worry, the month is irrelevant, it's all about day 1 whenever that may fall. Aslong as you have all your meds ready to go you'll be fine. What protocol are you on? I know on mine I wasn't due to start any meds until day 21 for down regulation. Notifying them of day 1 just let's them know that you are ready to start and can book in your scans etc. Good luck ☺xx

Mine was 2 days early before I started mine, just let them know. If it's likely to start over the weekend, make sure you've got the meds ready to start when u need to xx
