Just had a follow up phone call after failed fresh transfer. Clinic suggested that we can go ahead transfering frozen embryo when we ready. I really want to do asap as I will be 38 soon but don't think my body is ready as I am still upsetting.
Please can anyone advise how long have you been waiting to start your next frozen transfer?

Hey lovely, I’m so sorry to hear that. BFNs are so upsetting. I felt so sad after our first transfer failed. I was ready to go again fairly quickly but then things closed down due to Covid. You should be able to go again on your next cycle (speak to your clinic) but if you need some time to grieve (totally understandable) you could wait two cycles? For me, having a plan to move on always helps but everyone is different. Best of luck with your frozen transfer xxx
I had a failed fresh cycle in July and then went for a frozen transfer in September. I felt ready to go and it helped me move on. I found the frozen transfer much easier and a lot less stressful.
Everyone is different and if you feel too upset, wait a little while and let yourself grieve. Your frozen embryo will be there waiting for you and you will know when you are ready xx
Hey 👋 so sorry you had a failed transfer. I dint know why but when my fresh failed it hit me harder (perhaps because it was my first and i saw the bfp for the first time). Agree with Peanutchips. I had to wait because of covid for my fet and it was killing me. My consultant just said after two failed transfers that it just try and see and therefor i would just crack on with it personally. If you are regular you have a better control if dates etc. For irregular ladies like me waiting two periods can be a lifetime. Follow your heart lovely xxx
