I had my transfer on Wednesday so I’m currently in my 2ww. I’m worrying as I haven’t had any implantation bleeding (I know it may be early) but I’ve been having some pulling feelings/twinges on my left side. I really am worrying about getting another BFN.
Has anyone else gone on to receive a positive after pulling feelings and no implantation bleeding?

I had zero implantation bleeding and got a BFP - not a drop of blood until I sadly had a miscarriage at 8 weeks. But certainly the implantation all happened fine with no bleeding at all. I was generally a bit crampy xx
My OTD is tomorrow but I’m working so thought I would do it today. I had no implantion bleeding at all got a bit crampy on day 7 & 8 and yeah got a BFP today! I really wouldn’t rely on it as it doesn’t always happen x
Haha I guessed after seeing them sooo many times but I believe they are on test date and big fat positive. There are still so many more out there that I have no idea what they mean haha
Ahh so yeah I guess would still be the same. I actually ended up doing a test in the eve of my 7th day and that was a normal home one. I mean if you can wait out wait but if your struggling like I was I would take it but not rely on the outcome so much. I didn’t believe it until today haha
Omg im going to get a test now!!! Can u add me to whatsapp as im not sure ive got the courage 2 do this withoit someone there. Last time i did this it was negative post 12 day transfer and i was crying so badly.
With my only BFP so far I had no implantation bleeding at all and I've read that lots of women don't so please try not to worry! It's also so hard to know whether the feelings you're having are AF, the medication or implantation. As hard as it is to do try not to worry and relax as much as you can until OTD. If you look hard enough you'll find stories of people who have had cramping / twinges that turn out to have a BFP and some that have a BFN. On my 1st BFN I was convinced I was pregnant and on my BFP round convinced I wasn't! I'm 8dp5dt so struggling to read symptoms as well but know I just have to hang in there! xx
I often wonder if that implantation bleed theory is a myth! It’s never happened to me! I’ve heard that very few people have it! It’s not mandatory for that to happen. You can get a BFP irrespective.
All the best! Don’t think much. Enjoy being PUPO 😊
I would be so happy if I got through the TWW without any bleeding. So far all my BFNs and my early MC started with spotting and most at the exact time you would think implantation would take place. I did so much research and found that bleeding is very common in early pregnancy and is a common side effect of taking progesterone after an IVF cycle- but it is not connected to implantation. Which makes sense because the embryo is so small that it can only be seen by microscope so it would be strange if it would actually cause bleeding when it attaches to your lining. I would imagine that if our linings are that sensitive we would start bleeding every time we would go over a speed bump. I think this article explains it well: avawomen.com/avaworld/impla...
So I would really not worry about not having implantation bleeding. The TWW is such a anxious time- please take care of yourself. I hope the outcome will be very positive! Xxx
Hey, I had no implantation bleeding! I caved yesterday (day7) tested after having what felt like af pain and got a bfp for the first time ever so fingers crossed you get the same x
I had zero implantation bleeding also, tested at day 7 post 5 day frozen transfer a got a negative result, thought I was out of the game, tested again at day 12 when the clinic advised to do so and positive! Now 7 weeks pregnant. I know it's hard as we are all desperate for any little sign it's worked, I had no signs really, was absolutely convinced it hadn't then I was...! I've been pregnant 4 x (1 successful 2 mcc's) in total and only 1 out of four of those I had implantation bleeding, and that ended in a miscarriage so don't think it means anything, keep the hope up and take care of yourself 💓 xx
I had exactly the same pulling and twinges that you are experiencing. I had no implantation bleeding at all. I’m currently 8+ 5. One of my earliest symptoms, in the 2ww was tingling nipples.😂
I know it’s stressful but it will soon be over and hopefully you will have some good news! Fingers and toes crossed for you 🤞♥️
Yes. This was me. No implantation spotting, no nausea, no sore boobs. I thought I was doomed. I was experiencing frequent urination, back pain and cramping. I didn't associate those symptoms with being pregnant until I got my BFP. So everyone is different
I had lots of pulling feelings. I also had a bit of spotting but it was so light I remember thinking how easily it could have been missed, also not everyone has this. Everything crossed for you xxx
Thank you everyone for all your comments it has definitely helped me relax a little. I’m trying to stay relaxed but the temptation to test is always there so this time I haven’t brought any tests in yet. I think I’ll probably test on day 9/10. I have started to taste an awful taste in my mouth but no other symptoms but it was a natural cycle and haven’t had progesterone this time as my body didn’t react well with the medications.
