Hi! Im at the end of my TWW. I've been a bit tired and had a few dull headaches and cramps. Also had a TINY bit of spotting the day after my 5 day blasto transfer. OTD is tomorrow. This is my very first IVF so im very nervous. Don't think I'll get much sleep tonight!

This is my first FET I had a fresh cycle of isci and it failed I’m hoping this one has sticked the wait it terrible and my nerves are the same all over the place I’m 7dp5dt tomorrow and I’m thinking of doing a test to prepare myself for Saturday if it is negative I’ve had no bleeding at all just had abit of bloating and feeling sick have got abit of back ache today & sending you all best of luck for tomorrow I’m sure you’ll get your bfp! What time is your test xxx

Fingers crossed for you! I really hope you get your BFP. Im not booked in for a test tomorrow. I've just to pee on a stick and then let the clinic know my result. I will be up at 5am tomorrow, haha. xx

I’m on my 1st ivf cycle, the fresh cycle was cancelled so had to wait a few months and now had a FET and my test day is Sunday, I had a few really sharp pains where they took my breath away and a tiny bit of brown blood on day 4. But now nothing. Good luck xx

Hi. Im also on my first TWW with a day 5 freshie. Im due to test tomorrow and Ive also had some sharp pains like you describe, mainly last night and today. I also had a TINY bit of brown spotting the day after transfer. Fingers crossed these are all good signs. Good luck! xx

Experiencing a few little aches and pains, mild cramps and mild and not long lasting backache but nothing I dare complain about. Also had very faint bleeding on days 9, 10 and 11 post FET but that was extremely light and most likely breakthrough bleeding which can happen around the time your period is due. The bleeding took place over the 3 days that I was due to have my period and it didn’t progress to full bleeding, so assuming it was that. Have since had blood tests, one on the bank holiday Monday and HCG was 925 at 14 days post transfer (4 weeks and 5 days pregnant) and one yesterday and HCG was 1862 at 16 days post transfer (5 weeks exactly) so all’s progressing well. Have a scan booked for Saturday at 5 weeks and 3 days so praying it’s a happy appointment. This is my first pregnancy and so cautiously excited.X

Just had a double transfer today! My first FET after a freeze all round in April. Feel a bit crampy and tired out from today's emotional rollercoaster. Fingers crossed for all of us xx

I'm currently in my 2ww. I had 2 embryos transferred on 23rd August. I'm bloated and I've been super tired with a few cramps but not much else. It seems like such a long time until my test day on 5th Sept. I'm sure I'll end up testing a bit early.

I had my first FET in July which was unfortunately not successful but I felt a lot of symptoms the first few days as I had a progesterone injection but then they kind of wore off. From what I’ve read everyone is different so as easy as it is to say there’s no point trying to second guess symptoms. I tested early and got a false positive too which was a nightmare so try and hold off until your actual test date. Best of luck! Xx

I had a medicated FET last year, which resulted in a BFP then a heartbeat at the viability scan then miscarriage somewhere around 9 weeks. I had loads of symptoms - severe sickness, sore boobs etc and absolutely no spotting.

This time round, I am on a natural FET, again had a BFP and am now 5+2, waiting for viability scan on 6th. This time I’ve had very few symptoms, just started to feel queasy when brushing my teeth in the last few days. I’ve had light spotting (old/brown blood) since Friday but the clinic have said not to worry about this.

Basically, you may have symptoms, you may not!

Try to hold off testing until OTD or you’ll be second-guessing yourself x
