Hi everyone, so since it's harder to get a GP appointment at the moment with covid, I did some research on secondary infertility and infertility in general. I've basically spent a few months thinking I possibly had endometriosis but today I came upon fibriods. Does anyone have those? I have nearly every symptom and I am 10 months ttc my second child. Any advice?
*I had pains at 6 weeks with my 1st baby, they sent me for a transvaginal scan and found the pain to be a "hormonal cyst". Just thought I'd add that incase it helped with my diagnosis*
Ps. I am aware you guys can't tell me for certain but I just would like some advice. I am currently waiting to hear back from a doctor.
Thank you.

Self diagnosis is never a good idea - if you are over 35, make a phone appointment with your gp. Otherwise perhaps it's worth trying a bit longer?
Hi, I have had some terrible fibroids for most of my life and never really had any symptoms at all so its not always that black and white. at one stage I had 8 removed via myomectomy the biggest being 12 cm in diameter, and several being over 6cm and I didnt even know they were there until I had a scan to confirm. I think they probably would have seen something on the scan if you had them.
What makes you think you have them? Or Endo? Is it just 10 months TTC? I am afraid in the scheme of things on this website that is really no time at all and doesnt necessarily mean anything is wrong x
Hi TW. Not much to say here I'm afraid, until you have spoken with your GP, who will most likely refer you to a specialist. Could be a number of things, some of which you have already mentioned. Good luck with the GP. Diane
