Day 6 after 5 day embryo transfer

Still kind of going crazy so decided to take a pregnancy test even though it’s day 6 and I got a negative. I know I shouldn’t have but my anxiety is so high I just wanted to feel like I was doing something. Now I’m sad and despondent and thinking what if I put my body through all this and the ivf didn’t work even though all signs were positive and good. Anyone else test early and got a negative then tested later and got a positive?

Try not to panic 6 days is still very early to show a positive test result.

Try and stay away from the test until OTD and relax as much as you can.
