So I had my scan today after my BFP.... unfortunately no embryo was detected and a blood test confirmed that I am not pregnant.
There was fluid around my pelvis which they think is from the endometriosis.
I feel so deflated and heartbroken but I know in my heart this time it wasn’t meant to be. My clinic will ring me Monday to see how I’m getting on and book my next appointment.
Has anyone else had a BfP then nothing at their first scan? I just don’t understand.. especially because I had a frozen transfer so it couldn’t have been the trigger shot.

So sorry to read this, its so crushing after seeing those two lines.
I had a natural pregnancy recently (well last year) where I got my BFP and kept getting my bfp but it was fairly faint. Clearblue weeks never progressed beyond 1-2 so I went to EPU at around 5+5 and there was nothing on the ultrasound. They say I had reabsorbed the pregnancy. My blood test came back as an HCG of 47 so they said it was proof I had been pregnant but it hadn't developed beyond a certain stage and my body hadn't realised for a while.
Its such a sad time but hopefully over time you will be able to see it as a positive that you can get pregnant and now its about keeping it for 9 months. Hugs xx
I think that’s the hard part because you think you are and then you’re not. See I used clear blue too and I have read some negative things about them.. and I was unsure if it was the test. The lines never really got stronger tbh. They didn’t say anything to me about my hcg just that I wasn’t pregnant.
I know I keep telling myself it wasn’t meant to be and are time will come.
Oh lovely, I’m so so sorry! This is so devastating. Be kind to yourself, do whatever you feel like doing and listen to what your body and mind want. Sending you lots of hugs and positivity to get through this. You are stronger than you know. Xx
