Hi guys I know we all been trying to get preg from years and faced many odds and I got preg but most of the time I am so scared that incase something wrong might happen to me or my baby and now 26 week and 4 days today, I went to midwife yesterday to checkup as I was not feeling fetal movement and I know I have interior placenta where you can’t really feel much movements anyways but I was shocked when midwife checked me and used her machine and she could not find much movement for an hour and then she suggested to book scan for today and radiologist told me that everything is normal heartbeat 157 measuring 6 week 2 days and 4 days behind and he said sometime interior placenta women don’t feel fetal movement in the rest of their pregnancy, please share your experiences too as I am thinking a lot about my little guy’s movement🙁 remember me in your prayers and may God fulfill all your wishes and mine too Ameen

Hi Shia,

Sorry you’re so worried. I have an anterior placenta as well and I didn’t start feeling any movement until 21-22 weeks and then I ended up at the hospital around 25 weeks as I didn’t feel anything for a whole day. Everything was fine and I was told I might end up there often as it’s more common to struggle to feel movement or a pattern with an anterior placenta.

I’m 35 weeks now and it’s definitely not an issue anymore! 🥴 Quite relentless now so hopefully yours will get more prominent as baby gets bigger ❤️ xxx

Yes that’s what radiologist was saying that anterior placenta people don’t feel much movement but he checked and told me that everything is normal but yes I had v scary night , thanks kibo for sharing your experience 😍, May God almighty help us all Ameen xxx
