Today , sweet Lobster 🦞 lady Issy messaged me today to check in on me, I’ve had a crap few days in a row. She wasn’t to know but noticed I’d been gone . Wow! Overwhelmed by your kindness sweet soul 😘💐💖

Think it’s ok to process and feel sad for a few days . Just acknowledging that it’s tough some days 😘 so pleased ya got yourself the help you deserve. If we were all told to eat an apple after a failed FET to feel better , we would, sometimes we actually just need to talk things out and have someone else validate your feeling and tell ya that you will be ok 💐💐💐💐💐💖💖💖💖💖💖 hugs to you 😘💖💐
Ps I have also learnt that I inwardly process slowly / in a delayed way so only feeling the hurt now if that makes sense . I guess everyone is different 😘
Its definitely good to have someone to remind you you are not crazy and you are not losing your mind because of infertility. The GP i went to wasn't the best one but he told me a lot of women suffer mentally throughout the process and its ok to seek counseling. He also asked me if i was having suicidal thoughts. Guess it is a standard question...

Your dreams are just another way to tell you what’s in your subconscious . You want a bfp, and that’s ok 😘 I was out buying yet another baby gift the other week and I saw a little muslin cloth I’d love myself so I bought it. No point praying for rain if ya ain’t bringing your umbrella, right 🤷🏼♀️ 💖💐 defo think you have to get yourself to a place where you can believe it for yourself . You will be grand, just ivf crazy like the rest of us 😘

I'm beyond glad we have the support of this community, and the strength we all show on this journey I'm absolutely amazed by. I feel like an Eeyore most of the time whilst going through this, I have to say. But I hope I also have some Piglet about me too! Trying my best to support people. xxx
