Digital blue-careful when using:(

Hi All,

I decided to share my experience with you in case it can help someone. 10 days after my FET I tested positive on digital blue, it showed 1-2 weeks pregnant. Then tested again until my proper testing day in the morning and evening and it was still showing the same pregnant 1-2 weeks. However when I used a normal test i overfloaded it so just decided to call the clinic and they confirmed that if digi is showing pregnant it means pregnancy. So unfortunately no it doesn't 😔 I went to do blood test beta and the result is 5.6! The norms of the lab classified it as not pregnant. Some call it chemical, but in the end it means BFN. All normal tests now dont show anything, not even a faint line, but digi is still saying 1-2 weeks pregnant. So it looks it is the most sensitive from them all, but it can create a lot of stress and confusion and hope crashed later. So pls double check your results with some other tests but if you get negative but want to check if it was chemical then digital clear blue may give you this answer. I knew for a moment I was pregnant but it was just a moment... Good bye my little bean... I miss you already

Gosh, sorry to hear this - big disappointment for you. But this is definitely worth knowing - thank you!

I’m so sorry how awful. It does sound like very much a chemical pregnancy which are completely devastating take as much time as you need to process this & be kind to yourself. ❤️xxx

There are lots of mixed responses on the CB digital with weeks indicator. Even if the result is what you expect, it’s good to take it with a pinch of salt.

Here’s wishing you the very best for the following cycle. Just think about all the things that can go right the next time. Don’t ever give up!

I read that if you do a preganancy test too soon it may be a false positive because of the hCG trigger injection used for oocite maturation and ovulation. So for a 10 000 ie it takes 10 to 12 days to leave the body. So all these test may detect the hCG of the injection and not the hCG of the embryo

Hi, this was frozen transfer so no trigger shot, the clinic confirmed that the tests can be very sensitive and show early on the rise of hcg but it can still turn into chemical pregnancy. Good luck with your journey, we are giving ourselves time off for now and will see next year how we feel regarding brother or sister for our little one. If its meant to be it will happen.
