Didn’t affect anything with my pregnancy. I was treated like any other woman and went over due by 12 days so was induced on day 10 only for that reason and had emergency c section but nothing to do with IVF.
Different hospitals treated IVF pregnancies differently and obviously depends also on any other risk factors
Hello, IVF alone isn’t a risk factor for vaginal delivery or high risk labours. However, my Consultant told me that some NHS trusts like to induce all IVF pregnancies at 39 weeks. If you’re under a Consultant, speak to them about your concerns as they’re the most informed & reliable sources. In my experience Midwives aren’t always knowledgable about IVF so it’s best to speak directly to a Consultant. Best of luck 💕
Thanks guys. For d reply...will surely ask my doc...but as my fet is on 27 th so kind of more worried abt dat.... so dint ask d doctor nd thought to post a question here...but will surely clear it out....thanks lovelies
I’ve had IVF twice and had 2 vaginal deliveries just had to be on the labour suite rather than water birth or relaxing suites as I had a tear with my first so was at risk again.
