I had my FET on Friday the 24th and I have some symptoms that I don't know if they are normal or not. On the day of the transfer and after, I was tired, had a headache, sore boobs, bloated and some slight sharp cramps in my lower abdomen. Today, I have sharp cramps in my lower abdomen again, sore boobs and I am trying to figure out if these symptoms are normal.
I have the blood test scheduled for August 7, it's hard for me all this time to wait.
If anyone experienced same as me please give me some advice.
Hi, congrats on the transfer. I had pretty much the same symptoms, I think it started from the progesterone. Got BFP. But these are all good symptoms. Only 9 days to go for OTD! Good luck xxx
I'm 8DP5DT & had exactly the same symptoms as you've described. Cramps have settled now (apart from the odd cramp very low down & it's mild), still bloated & boobs hurt when pressed (not anywhere near as sore as they were). Basically feeling pretty normal now in comparison to the first few days. May be a good sign, may be a bad sign but could also be all chalked up to progesterone. Who knows 🤷🏼♀️. Unfortunately, progesterone, PMS & early pregnancy symptoms are all so similar that it's nearly impossible to identify which is which (😒). Wish we could tell, though, as would make the waiting so much easier!! Lol. OTD for me is Friday & trying to be patient but starting to struggle now.
I wish you all the luck in the world, and have everything crossed that you get your BFP! ☺️ This wait is tough, but we'll get through it whatever the outcome (although very much hoping for a positive!). xx
Thanks for your kind words. Patience is hard to keep when you just wanna see that is the day of OTD and hoping for a BFP! I read lots of pages and articles on google about symptoms and yes, they are pretty much same as PMS, nevertheless could be from progesterone.
Best of luck to you Finchee27 🙂and fingers crossed 🤞🏻 for Friday! xxx
Hi Hidden congrats on getting to this point. I am 5DP5DT having my transfer on the 23rd. I think your actually 4 days past as day 1 counts as the following day from transfer.
1 day doesn't make much difference though. I had some mild cramps but more like twinges and pulling feelings form my lower tummy immediately after the transfer. I felt those kind of cramps on and off for days following the transfer. Then from Saturday night and on Sunday morning, I felt really sick. I also had lower back pain, headaches, sensitive boobs and I am tired a lot.
More than anything I am just emotional at times worry about the outcome but, I have no reason to doubt that it didn't work. Praying you get your positive. Are you tempted to test early? I am a bit scared to do this so going to try and hold out until the 6th of August.
Congrats for your transfer and thanks for sharing your symptoms. I can see I'm not the only one. Yes, you are right I counted 5 days with the day of transfer. It's good to know how to count my days and understand what stage of blastocyst is . We hope that these symptoms will lead to positive results. 🤞 I would like to have a test earlier than OTD, but my partner and I decided to wait until the day of the blood test, which is August 7th.I am emotional and worried too, but we should keep positive thoughts only. 🤞
