Hi guys, I hope you are well and safe .I had the results of a full blood test this morning ,I was really disappointed by progesterone was very low any advice please supplement , vitamin to increase it thank you.

Hi Nadoush, you can try magnesium, vitamin B6 and vitamin c. Good luck!

No worries. I also have low progesterone. If you do ivf, your consulant could give you progesterone pessaries and injections after your embryo transfer. It shouldn't be an issue.
