Royal Jelly

Can anybody recommend where to buy royal jelly as a supplement to aid egg quality please? How good is it as I have heard good things..but eager to find out who else has used it

Hi, I bought it from Holland and Barrett - its very easy to get.

I have taken it for the past two years, but I just read 'it starts with an egg' and that book suggests it can actually have a negative impact on egg quality which completely confused me! So in the end I decided to stop taking it x

okay thanks, yes I saw that one but just making sure it's the right one. Feel overwhelmed as i dont want to be taking too much and overdo it so to speak...is there such thing as over doing it?

Has anybody tried maca root?
