Home pregnancy test vs clinic blood

Have anyone did a home pregnancy test the day before there blood test at the clinic got a negative at home and a positive the next day at clinic ?

It really depends on what day the clinic say is your official test day - my clinics is 9dp5dt which is one of the earliest so you could feasibly have a negative on 8dp5dt As that’s only 13DPO and before most people would have a missed period - and get a positive the next day but most other clinics I’ve seen is more like 12DP5DT so unlikely to get a false negative the day before in that situation x
