Clinic Test Day!!

Well it’s our clinic test day tomorrow! We have been getting positive first responses since 3dp5dt and finally got our clear blue 1-2 weeks 7dp5dt, still really nervous bout going clinic and been tested! We never got positives on eBay cheapies or any other kind of cheap test and only ever so slightly got a positive on a clear blue normal test at 13dp5dt but still got 1-2 weeks on another digital 🤷🏻‍♀️

Anyone happen to know what pregnancy test clinics use? Ours won’t do blood tests to check results?

Sounds like a bfp to me Zoe!! My clinic insist on 2 blood tests every 48hrs to check hcg is doubling. You’ll definitely get a positive tomorrow but wishing you lots of luck xxx

They ar the best! You can’t get a false positive with them. It’s normal to be scared but trust me you’re in for some wonderful news 😉xxx

First response are the most sensitive ones however if you're getting a positive then it's all good. You get false negatives but not false positives!xx

Mine don’t do bloods either. It’s frustrating isn’t it! Re the tests, for my FETs the clinic gave me clear blue to test at home. For my first fresh cycle they got me to go into the clinic and they used something which said QuickVue on it. It didn’t look like any of the internet cheepies that I’ve seen pictures of.

Anyway, good luck with the test. I get how nerve racking it can be when the lines aren’t consistent on HPTs. If you’re really nervous still then maybe your GP would do a blood test for you? x

My clinic uses alere but didnt ask me to test until 13 days post five day fet, they don’t do blood tests but I think doing a urine test so late on is pretty conclusive.
