Hi everyone, I don’t know if it’s ok to ask for recommendations on this page Iooking for an affordable clinic I can get hysteroscopic fibroid resection done in the uk. I was to have an fet transfer after the lockdown just found out I can’t as this has to be done first ,As most clinic I called are very pricey.

Thanks in advance.

They do it at my clinic for £1800 and I thought that was pricey. If you’d like the name private message me and I can give you the details I’m not sure where you are based but for that difference in price it’s worth travelling!

I was looking for the money to do it privately but in the meantime got my doctors to refer me. I was surprised to get a letter back within a week. I rang up and they had a cancellation for 7th August. I know this must just be good luck but maybe the waiting list on NHS for this procedure is not as long as we think it will be.

I’m in Hertfordshire. I’ve spoke to someone on here who loves in Leeds and nhs are only just starting to do this procedure now. So all depends where you live! If you would like any information I’m happy to help 😊

That’s not right! You need to push this. Your clinic should write to your gp and request a referral. You are 100% initiated to this. If this is the case I suggest your change doctor surgery.
