My hormones are OK... They asked me to start checking for ovulation with first urine.... Before 9am... Need to send Pic of results within 5mins window....will update tmrw mrng... Meanwhile I'm having this cramps like period... Don't know why.... I'm having only natural foods, nuts, dates, Raisins. It's winter here so don't want to have those chilled fruits.....having them also but twice in a week... I'm walking a hour in mrng n Evng... I know we can't walk alot after transfer and during pregnancy... So using this time to workout as much as possible but no taking strain as I'm little worried about my lining hope everything will go well this time....
