Hi bluelady-sing,
Cq10 isn’t taken specifically for ovulation but to improve the quality of your eggs. I was advised to take 200 per day x
I have been taking 400mg per day since sept and out of 6 eggs 5 were mature and fertilised so it defiantly can improve egg quality! My last pregnancy I was on metformin and letrozole for ovulation and I conceived on my first round of letrozole!
