Clinic reopening

Hello ladies, I was just wondering with clinic reopening does any know clinics that are at the moment only offering frozen Embryo Transfer does this include donor insemination with frozen sperm?

Not sure because it was frozen it would fall under the same category?

Any advise welcome please!
