Feeling Chills

Hi ladies. Hope you all are safe.

My periods are not regular (bleeding) for the last one year.

My last period I was bleed for 22 days and took progesterone to stop the bleeding for 5 days.

For the last 5 days I am feeling chills . Is it a sign of premenopose? Could anyone please give some experience of yours.
