I used It Starts With The Egg. It's very comprehensive, you can get carried away and it can take over your life, but I picked out the bits that were easily doable without going to the extreme. I found it really helpful, but I have seen some ladies who found it a but too much. I suppose it all depends on you xx

I also thought this book was good. A lot of detail but my main take aways weren diet, supplements and gentle exercise. I used zita west supplements. Good luck ☘
