Sensitive- 7week scan

Finally after 3 failed IUIs and 2 IVF cycles we have finally made it to our 7 week scan 😊 I was so worried as I've been so ill but all is fine and we got to see a strong heart beat. Spoke to them about meds and luckily they will all stop by week 10 😊 Now fingers crossed to get to our 12 week scan and hopefully I'll start to feel better soon. It feels as so real now. Stay hopeful guys, its a long hard journey and unless people are experiencing the heart ache and pain of the long IVF process they have no idea. This forum has really helped me during the darkest of days, keep talking😘

Congratulations that’s great news. I’ve got my 7w 2d scan tomorrow morning. Had a private one last Thursday where all looked good but am so anxious that I think might need to get a test privately every week till 12 weeks.

Thank you for all your kind words, the nausea has eased today and I'm wondering if some of that was due to anxiety of waiting for the scan. I love the fact it looks like a heart shape ♥️

That's amazing news, congratulations. It's such a worrying time leading up to the first scan and such a relief when you see it for the first time on the screen and to hear the heartbeat. I was in exactly the same position as you a few weeks ago. I'm currently 14 weeks and feeling some much better and healthier.
