Hi Same. Im hypo and i think i have a form of pcos as i have alot of the symptoms. Im on 75mg now for a few months was on 50 for a few months before. How hypo are you? And have you had bloods done lately? My last blood work was 2.9 and i check always if my supplements interact with my thyroid like Maca isnt really recommended if you are hypo.

Kale isnt recommended if you are trying to control your thyroid as it has an affect. I am not a doctor this is from my own research. I will enclose a link for you. If you are religiously taking it every morning then the effects will be shown in your blood tests and the doctor might make adjustments to your dosage? My experience is that the gp wont tell u off of eating certain foods so its up to you.

I just started a probiotics supplement because i read good gut health is key for immune system so i hope it will have an effect on my thyroid and ovaries.

Here is the link x

Tsh should ideally be under 2.5 to conceive and whilst pregnant. My fertility doc asked me to get my bloods checked at the gp before treatment. I then got checked after falling pregnant with IVF and tsh had shot from 0.81 to 3.44 so gp advised to double my dose to 50. It's worth asking.

I'm not sure about the type of drink To8ure having but as long as it's at least 30 mins before for or drink x

I agree with Florence. Since your levels are not ideal for conceiving (not saying its impossible) keep an eye on them.

I just checked on juices and found this link. Kale is a no no but beetroot isnt mentioned. Hope this helps xx
