Using Ovulation tests (LH strips)

Hi ladies,

I am back to trying naturally as no IVF clinics are open. I have been taking the LH test twice a day and although I am on day 14, the level is still very low. This means that I will not have ovulated yet in 24-36h time according to my test. I am wondering whether I will have any peak, and possibly I don’t ovulate? Do you have any experience of no LH peak with those LH tests? Xx

I am in the same boat as you. I had my positive opk on day 20 but my tests started getting darker from day 16 onwards. Maybe your cycle is longer than 28 days like mine? Some people have no second line until 24-36 hours before ovulation. Good luck x

I used the ovulation tests and got negative results for day 13-15 so I wondered if I hadn't ovulated and since they were cheapies I continued everyday and on day 19,i got a bold positive hmm so maybe keep testing a bit longer?
