Is it normal to start bleeding week 6?

Today is week 6 of my pregnancy and when I went to do my morning pesserie I noticed I had some pale light bleeding, is this normal in week 6? I'm also on lubion injections so I always figured it was hard to bleed on these. I've always had cramping since FET so didn't think anything of the cramps. Next week is my scan and I'm so worried there'll be nothing there. Anyone else had bleeding week 6 and everything was fine?

Are you taking progesterone vaginally? If so, it can cause irritation and a bit of spotting! If you’re using cyclogest, I would recommend switching to rectally and it should fix the issue. If it’s crinone you’re on then you’ll have to stick to the front but try not to worry xx

Yeah I've been taking them like that since the 9th March, OK maybe I'll switch it then. Thank you

i had a similar experience at 6weeks. I had quite a bit of bleeding and on the 2nd day the blood went from red to brown. I decided to increase my progesterone shots and my meds. i went from taking one shot in the evening to taking 3 and i increased my meds.it stopped the bleeding. i went for a scan and baby was perfectly fine. Im currently 9weeks and just had my scan this morning and baby is fine. Don't stress because a sometimes bleeding during pregnancy does not always mean a miscarriage. After experiencing a few miscarriages i strongly suggest increasing your progesterone.
