Brown discharge

Hello everyone,

I need your help..I am currently on my 13dp3dt and I see brown discharge when I wipe myself.The same thing happened in day 11 once but it stopped for a whole day and the next.I use vaginal pressaries for progesterone.They told me to do the test in 2 days..I am afraid that it failed again...anyone with similar symptoms that ended up in positive results?

Try not to panic. I was always told brown discharge is better than red. It could be the pessarie causing irritation. Try the back package. It might help. Try to keep positive and good luck for test day xx

Hi Eirc. Brown blood is usually old blood that is leftover from embryo transfer or could be that your pessaries are irritating you a bit. You could try putting them in rectally for a while if you want, until the discharge stops. If it becomes smelly, then have a word with your GP in case it could be a bit of infection.
