Hi ladies, just after some advice, I got a positive test on my test date which was Friday. Iv tested again this afternoon, twice, and both say negative.
Does this mean Iv had a chemical pregnancy (only getting a positive due to all the drugs?)
Iv not had any bleeding, and felt bloated and heartburn up until last night.
Any advice would be appreciated x

It’s so upsetting isn’t it 😞 sorry to hear you experienced this too, yea I’m using clear blue, have you heard any story’s of people coming back from this? Gut feeling is that it’s over, but Iv gotta have a tiny amount of hope 😥 xx
I felt like we had finally made it, then it got ripped away. We ended up crying for the day (after blood tests showed it was a cp) then just reasoned that it wouldn't have been a healthy baby and nature knew that so that's why it happened. We had a frozen cycle after and our frostie stuck, and just over 5 weeks left, so if this time it isn't your turn, then it can still happen the next you know?
You could maybe try a digital? Ours never moved from 1-2weeks the first time. in my heart I knew what was happening as we used first response and watched it fade, so hard having no control. But you know what, after our day of being upset we tried those positive pants on and focused on our next shot, and it really helped xxx
Yea, I believe that if things are meant to be they will, as it’s the first day of it sinking in, I don’t feel very positive but I’m sure, give it time and il be ok and ready to start again.
I tried the digital one today and that also said negative 😞 it isn’t going to make a difference if I use the first urine of the day I’m the morning is it...?

I know clear blue can be pretty fussy so maybe it will help. I know how much you want to cling onto hope and I really hope that things are different for you ❤️ xxx
Sorry to hear this, my love. This is very confusing, messing with your mind, giving you hope and taking it away. I'm not sure.... I would probably try another test in a day or two as it sounds impossible to tell atm. Sorry that you're going through this. The waiting and the not knowing is the worst in this horrible journey. I would say: there's always still hope. I'm really hoping you got a bad batch of tests on those last two. Definitely call your clinic. Sending lots of love xxxx
Hey lovely, so sorry to hear this. It does sound like perhaps it was a chemical pregnancy or could be the test. Although a chemical pregnancy isn’t because of the drugs it’s just the term used for a really early miscarriage, by test date you wouldn’t have had any meds left in your system. I would give it a day or 2 and test with a clear blue digital if you still haven’t had a bleed. Sending hugs what a worrying time for you 😥 xx
Hello. I would test in the morning. This is the time the tests advise us to test at because the hcg is strongest in our system then. Tests through the day - after first morning urine - are not reliable. I would say it is not over yet. Try in the morning. X
