Hi, I’m currently on 8mg progynova a day. Was told to take it before bedtime. I’m on day 4. BUT, I can’t sleep on it. Sleep disturbances deluxe and I’m waking up so many times during the night and around 6am I’ve had enough and I start my day. Has anyone else had this problem? Should I maybe see if I can take them in the morning instead, will it have a difference?
