Hi all

I'm on progynova 3x2mg a day for my FET. When did you find the best times to take it?

My nurse said breakfast, lunch and dinner but then said try and leave 8 hours between each dose so I'm well confused coz that is not breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Does it matter how much time is left between as long as it's fairly equal and with food??

Xx

Hey, I'm on the same and was actually advised it didn't matter when they were taken. The nurse actually suggested just taking all 3 of them together in the evening. I wasn't told they needed to be taken with food. That probably doesn't help u much at all!! Good luck with ur FET x

Oh that's good then. I've got up early this morning to have at a particular time lol. She only said to eat with food coz it can make you feel sick on an empty stomach.

Good luck to you too! Xx

I'm on the same... my consultant just said three times a day and not at the same time as might make me feel sick. I do morning tea and bed time. And my lining thickened up just right xx

Good to know. I think I will stick to meals then instead of worrying about times. Thank you! Xx

Try 0.700, 14.00 & 23.00hrs = 8 hourly or just whatever suits you best as long as they are spaced out. Diane

I'm on 5x2mg per day and take them 4 hours apart. I was told that it doesn't really matter what time you take them as long as it is the same time each day. I tried to take them with food as they gave me terrible acid in the first few weeks.x

I was told to take the aspirin between 7pm and 9pm - maybe it was just so I remembered!

No just 75mg tablets - sure it doesn't really matter as every clinic seems to have their own protocol and may depend on your own history - wishing you all the best x
