Dull ache in left ovary

Hi everyone, I was on Menopur injections for a week, on the last day I had a scan (last Tuesday) and I had lots of follicles in my right ovary and only a small one in my left. I’ve been off Menopur for a week now and have a dull niggle in my left ovary. Just wondering if this is normal? I keep getting worried about ovary torsion! Thanks!

Hi. I also used menopur and then got pregnant through a fresh transfer. In the beginning I felt a dull pain and burning sensation in my ovary. Did some research online and did not find something similar. My fertility doctor said ovaries don’t hurt and everything looked fine at scan. The pain and burning sensation went away after 1-2 weeks.

Hi thanks for this! I couldn’t find anything about dull pain in ovaries either! Glad to know I’m not the only one. Thanks for the reassurance!
