Ubiquinol - how much to take??

How much ubiquinol are you taking? And what brand?

I take 100mg a day from lamberts healthcare, apparently the black ones are what you should take according to my acupuncturist

I take 400mg and hubby 200mg of "qunol" ubiquinol you can get it off amazon xx

They come in 100mg capsules. So I have 2 in the morning and 2 at lunchtime 😘

I took 300mg last month and 200g this month but I might increase it again. Brand Health Thru Nutrition.

I was taking ubiquinone, holland and barrets standard CoQ10 but realised after research that it's better to take ubiquinol as it's in a better form to absorb (I think) I now take 400mcg Solgar ubiquinol bought from amazon x

It’s a more easily absorbable for of CoQ10. I’m taking it to improve egg quality
