I did an sis test to see if my uterus is good to go for my next transfer since my first one failed and we don’t know why. And the test showed that I have 1 polyp and a small scared tissue that need to be removed by doing a hysteroscopy procedure. Has anyone had this?

Testing before my next fet
Hi! Don't know what a sis test is, but I had a scan late last year that showed I had a polyp and I had to have a hysteroscopy in January, which also showed up small scarred tissue. Amazingly, after having hysteroscopy they decided nothing actually needed to be done (which was kind of annoying), but otherwise, they would have done removal (of the polyp anyway) during the hysteroscopy.
I literally could have written this post! Exactly the same happened to me two years ago but it took two hysteroscopies for them to decide it was actually not a problem 🙈x
Why did it take 2? Did u have scarred tissue? They think the scarred tissue is what caused my ivf transfer to not work. They said the polyp wouldn’t affect it but they want to remove it since they’re in there anyways it’ll just better. I’m scheduled for the procedure for March 9th 😣
Yea the hysteroscopy removes it all and cleans out everything .
Did you get pregnant after?
Hi Raybeeming. Hopefully the hysteroscopy will "tidy up" your womb. Just wanted to wish you well with and fingers crossed you don't have to wait too long for a viable pregnancy afterwards. Good luck! Diane
