Hi all, I am still “bleeding” a week later and still panicking every time I go to the loo. I wanted to listen to what somebody said about progesterone levels so I rang to ask for more bloods to be done or at least my scan to come forward slightly. They’ve got an appointment free tomorrow with a doctor. I’ve said yes because I’m so curious but isn’t it too soon? I’ve still got my viability one booked for the 4th March as normal.
They have warned that there might be nothing on the scan. Does that mean no pregnancy or that it’s just too small to detect?
I’ve come out with more questions again! I hate burdening the clinic. I know how busy they are and I’m just another ivfer with worries 😬

Too small to detect! I’ve got a massive headache today and my brain is foggy- remind me how far along are you? Well done anyway 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻If you don’t ask, you don’t get 🍀🍀🍀🍀🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
They may be able to see something like a sac but it may be too early to see a fetal pole/heartbeat....however not necessarily! I guess it's just to warn you that they may not be able to see what they need to in order to give you reassurance!! Good luck.xx
Hopefully they can reassure you tomorrow, but might be too soon. Do not worry yourself about burdening the clinic with your worries, though. Mine also make me feel like that! But they are making a lot of money out of us and it is their jobs! Plus they're dealing with very anxious people! xxxx
I saw a heartbeat that looked like it had recently started up at 6 weeks so hopefully they will see signs of a pregnancy atleast. Some woment dint get to see a heart beat at this stage so dint be alarmed if this is the case. All the best for your scan.
I was in a similar position, I had an early scan as I was bleeding and it’s terrifying. I was 5 weeks 6 days with my scan and it was just reassuring knowing that the embryo was still there with a yolk sac. I was extremely lucky enough to hear a heartbeat as many women wouldn’t do so early.
Good luck with the scan, hope it provides some reassurance. 🍀🍀🍀🍀
