So had my FET day 10 scan and it’s shown my lining @ 5.5mm they said they would have liked it to be 6.5mm by now so I’m taking double tablets, upped from 6mg to 12mg of oestrogen. I’ve got another scan on Tuesday 16.00, come one lining get thick!!!
Anyone else had similar?

Damn it you sound like youre having the same problems as me!😥 my lining has only moved from 6.5mm to 6.7mm since Monday.😡 I've been on 8mg of progynova, suspect I'll be getting told to take more. My clinic like mine to be over 8 to 9mm but got away with 7.4mm last time! Meanwhile I'm popping vitamin e tablets and drinking beetroot and pomegranate juice! Come on our linings....play ball!!🙏🤞xx
My lining on my fresh was fine but because of OHSS I had a freeze all. They just checked it last time said it was fine and there wasn’t an emphasis on the mm so much. This time I’ve been taking oestrogen for 10 days 6mg, and got 0.5mm per day basically on double I should hopefully get 1mm per day 🤞🏻Good luck - keep in touch x
Yes let me know how it goes, Im away to follow you so i dont miss your updates! Fingers crossed.
My fresh ones weren't too bad. My last FET went ok eventually, just took me ages to respond to the meds!! My base line was 0.17 so I reckon I've been getting 0.8 per day till Monday then nothing's....what the heck?! Oh my bloody body gets on my nerves!! Ha ha ha xx
Yeah fingers crossed they’ll increase your medication too and you’ll see a difference. I think my docs like it to be 7mm before they will transfer and I can see that goal just got to get there it’s such a small amount to make a big difference xx
Mine was nightmare so they did it at 6mm and i believe it why mine didnt work.. they like it 2 b 7.5mm in private so i will be fighting for 7.5mm this time.
Yes I agree don't settle for anything too thin! My NHS clinic went ahead with transfers just over 6mm and my private clinic doesn't have any of that. The words were I would be as well putting them in the bin....quite shocking to hear but I guess he is passionate about that one!!xx
Our clinic is privately funded but accepts NHS patients... we are lucky to have the facility’s that we do there and they have been quite honest about the chances and would rather cancel than have a failed cycle xx
I’ve had 7 transfers and out of those 7 I had 4 bfp’s and 19 weeks pregnant 🙏🏼. I’ve had success with a 6mm lining, most importantly it needs to be triple layered and the embryo always implants in the thickest part. You’ll be fine!! All fingers crossed x
Try drinking Pomegranate (Pom) juice. I have been reading that it’s really good for building the lining. I’m in the beginning stages of a FET transfer and been drinking Pom but haven’t had my scan to confirm it works but I think it’s worth a try.
I was 5mm on day 10 (Friday) back tomorrow to see if any improvement. Started on 6mg then upped to 8mg. I had a bit of fluid as well so hoping that’s gone. Come on lining!! 🍀🍍
