Hi everyone going through another ivf cycle soon I already feel super stressed and dead angry and i don't know why.Anyway I've read a lot about cq10 and it's benefits for aging eggs.
Anyone have any luck with these vitamins and after taking were more quality eggs Available.
Thanks in advance if you could shed any light on your own personal experiences.xx

After 2 Failed IVF cycles my doctor recommended is to take 100mg of CoQ10, I started to take actually 200mg. After one year I had our 3rd cycle, from where I have 1 embryo top quality that is now on ice as it needs to be PGS tested. On day 3 we still had 7 embryos developing, comparing with the other cycles when we only had 1 to day 2 and 2nd cycle 2 embryos on day 2.
Now I don’t know if it is coming from all the vitamins that we took including CoQ10 or it is just because we changed the clinic. But having a top quality embryo makes me think that we did the right thing.
It is usually recommended if your partner have DNA fragmentation or you if you had miscarriages before (I had 2 chemicals).
Hi Nuttybutt. I would have a word with your clinic and see what they recommend, just in case you might take something that interacts with any medication you will be prescribed. Hope all goes well this time. Diane
