Hi Coral,

I went to Costa Rica in June last year for honeymoon and had to delay starting IVF - originally it was 6 months but it has been reduced to 3 months now.

I did go to Lanzarote in Oct and started injections on the 31st Dec so go and relax and enjoy Tenerife (and the drinking part as 🤞🤞 you won't be able to for 9 months) xx

Hey no, I don't believe any cases have been known in Tenerife so you're OK. Just take extra care with mosquito spray (spray door frames too)

I used natural coconut oil in Costa Rica on the 2nd week and didn't get bitten where as the 1st week, I could literally play dot to dot on my legs. They love me 😢

Enjoy yourself as IVF is intense so ideal to have R&R before you start xx
