Ovulation

Hi ladies just got this result from a ovulation test I’m on cd 13 and from the 2nd to the 6th day I was taking letrozole as I don’t ovulate but saw consultant day after I finished taking them she told me not to take them anymore as they gave me headaches and there’s a slim chance with my partner having low sperm did it happen for anyone with a partner with low sperm? This is my last cycle medicated for me to ovulate after that we have to go for our last frozen egg

That’s a negative test it could get darker or some people always have 2 lines throughout their cycles. Mines usually like that a day before a positive I don’t get 2 lines all month long and my surge is really quick.

I got a same one again today and I thought a negative was one line???

That’s a negative. It’s positive when both lines are the same. Keep testing until you get it.

Ovulation tests are different from pregnancy tests - so a second line doesnt mean anything unless it is as dark or darker than the control line. I would test twice a day as sometimes you can miss it by just doing it once a day.xx

Do they have to be both dark for it to mean you ovulating? Xx

Yes the test line has to be as dark or darker than the control line to show impending ovulation.xx

Hopefully I’m coming up to it with the lines been there I’m on cd 14 today xx

Yes the test line is supposed to be as dark or darker to be positive. Keep testing
