OTD BFN - When ovulate? Experience with ARGC?

Morning all

I have just test bfn this which isn’t a surprise given it is our first ever cycle and i wasn’t very happy with my clinic.

Let’s not dwell on the negative...

Onwards and upwards...

I have two questions that I hope some you might know the answer:

1) how long after a failed ivf cycle (fresh embryo) will I ovulate (my cycles are usually 30 days)?

2) anyone over 40 who is/was with ARGC and happy to share their experience (good or bad)? Please pm me.

Sorry to hear about your BFN. Take care of yourself. My cycle returned to normal(ish) straight away but I have heard others go a bit haywire so you might have to take it as it comes. Sorry, no advice about the clinic.

Thanks runuphill, I hope my cycle will return to normal ASAP too. I want to try naturally before starting a new ivf cycle with another clinic. Thanks again x

After my failed fresh cycle I returned to my routine cycle straight away....if you want to keep track of ovulation you can try using those ovulation pee sticks (yeah I know, painful...)?

Sorry to hear about your negative. Sounds like you're not taking it too too hard (or trying not to) and looking to the future, which is very positive. Hoping your cycle returns to normal as soon as possible, which is totally possible, but you know how bodies can be... can't control them on this matter. Lots of love. xxx

I’m so sorry it was a bfn this time. Really hoping that you can find a clinic that you are happy with as I think that can have such an influence on your whole treatment experience. Unfortunately my cycle has had a tendency to go a bit funny after a failed cycle, probably just all those different hormones messing with things. But hopefully it won’t be delayed too long for you and you can get going again. Sending big hugs and wishing you all the best for your next steps xxxx
