I had acid all afternoon and last night I woke up in a panic at 11.30pm and thought I was dribbling onto my pillow, and swallowed and it was a mouthful of sick so I immediately started coughing.
I went to bathroom and spat the remnants out and there was blood in it, I brought more up in the sink so I could see, and it had more blood in it, unmistakable.
I don’t think it was sick though, it tasted awful and acidic and I think it was actually acid reflux stuff coming up, my throat felt like fire.
For the rest of the night I had acid reflux and bisodol didn’t touch it
I’ve not felt the baby move at all since 10pm last night (10 hours ago) and I normally feel them as they are a fidget.
Please can anyone give me advise?
I have placenta previa and baby is breech if that makes any difference

If you haven’t felt the baby move for 10 hours you need to phone your midwife triage/hospital and go in for monitoring straight away. Hope all is ok. Let us know x
Any doubts about baby movement get it checked out - it's probably fine. I went to hospital twice with this and the baby started wriggling around while doing the checks both times but a good friend of mine went to get it checked out and the baby really was in distress and had to be delivered by emergency c section that same day. Mum and baby were both fine.
Anyway, get it checked out, chances are it's all fine. You can take the opportunity to ask about the reflux from hell too!!
Hi Kimbo. I would pop and see your GP and see what's going on. Hopefully nothing to worry about, but any vomit/spit with blood in it should be checked out. Diane
I’m probably a bit late to the conversation here but any time you don’t feel movements as normal then get yourself checked out to be on the safe side.
Re the acid reflux, I had it with blood in on the odd occasion. My GP said it wasn’t uncommon with the amount that I was having as it can irritate your oesophagus. I was given a gigantic bottle of something similar to gaviscon. It wasn’t amazing but did take the edge off it so I would definitely go see your GP and ask if they can give you anything stronger than shop bought stuff
