9 eggs collected now to wait for the call tomorrow from embroyologist

Egg collection all complete and 9 eggs collected. I now have to wait for the call tomorrow so very nervous but got to keep positive and think 1 is all I need but hoping to have some to freeze this time ❤️ Any support or comments are welcomed x

That's a good amount. A friend had one egg, that egg fertilised and now she has a 5 year old son so sometimes all you need is one. You have a great chance with 9 eggs best of luck for tomorrow. Xxx

Thank you so much my love I really appreciate your positivity and kind words xxxx I will get the first call tomorrow from the embryologist between 8-10am eek 😬 I’m just worrying because last time we lost 4 straight away and then another 2 and then we only had 1 at transfer but 1 is all you need right? Need to keep positive and think the body will do what it needs to do xx how are you? ❤️

Bless you, it’s such a stressy worry . 💐 the best you can do is try to stay positive or distracted or both and just keep expectations low ( my consultant told me this, I was glad in the end as all 5 fertilised, made day 3 then 1 made blasto. This defo helped my wellbeing ). If the eggs etc are strong they will survive and hopefully one wee 🥚 will make it for you 😘

I’m ok, feel more normal today . Trying to distract my brain from going to the Doom thoughts as I’ve nothing to base those thoughts on . Planning on doing some mindfulness colouring etc to keep me sane. Having nothing ‘to do’ as such except taking the tablets is weird. Netflix is getting boring 🤣🤣🤣 never thought I’d say that ! I think I’m safe to go for a walk today though.

Thank you my lovely and you are absolutely right best to be realistic but keep positive xx I’m in a lot of pain after egg collection today! I’m home and got a hot water bottle want the pain to go away xx yes I’m not working for the rest of the week now although I’m with you you have to keep yourself busy otherwise the mind is such a powerful thing! I’m going to have a nap but here if you need anything ❤️❤️❤️
