Yesterday was day 4 after my frozen 5d embryo transfer and I was sick of being home so I went out for a walk with my husband and grabbed dinner. By the time I got home I was very tired and just felt tight on the right side. I was so paranoid all night but I woke up this morning feeling much better. Would a walk impact implantation?

I doubt it would in a negative way. It's good to walk and get the blood flowing. I'm day 2 and have been having little walks to help relax x ♥️💫
I wouldn't worry too much. I've been walking a lot. Had to fly home day after transfer and I've been told I can swim today, 7 days after.. I think exercise is positive. But Im trying to be mindful do if I'm getting twinges I slow down.
No not at all I walked every day during my 2ww, currently 11 weeks x
Hi Rayslovee. Not at all! Some exercise is fine as long as it is not too vigorous. Hope all goes well for you. Diane
Hi! My RE actually told me that going on walks after transfer helps with increasing blood flow to the area which helps with implantation. He recommended I get up several times a day even on transfer day and go for a walk.
No not at all they say at my clinic to keep on the go. I think it’s lovely you took some time together. Good luck xxx
