Estrangen Levels and IVF

Hi all, I am new here but I have been following a few posts and I wanted to reach out for some advice tonight.

I am on day 7 of my first IVF cycle, on menapur and I have a high AMH of 32.6. I had my first blood test on day 5 of stims and I have my first scan tomorrow (day 8). I got a call today saying that my estrogen levels were lower than they should be and that I need to increase my dosage from 150 to 225.

My estrogen level was 179 (from saturdays blood test). I am a bit worried that this means I am not responding? How quickly does estrogen levels rise anyways. Is there still a good chance I go in tomorrow and see like 20 folicies and that my estrogen has rose dramatically since Saturday?

Please advice as this is all new to me. Also since the weekend I have been using a hot water bottle, drink more water. I have felt more movement in my ovaries in the last few days. I hope that is a good sign.
