Well just an update, AF arrived today (day 35/36 of cycle) wow, i am in so much pain its horrendous, had to take 2 codeine, was literally screaming in the car trying to drive home! All the pain is in my left side, which tbh I hadn’t noticed before they told me that my left tube is blocked. Can’t wait for the Lap to find out what the hell is in there! Absolutely dreading it been something on my bowels too, as i suffer really bad with IBS and fatigue.

Also, can someone explain the best way to track ovulation, best things to buy, best app etc, ive only been using Flo app, and obviously its not that accurate.

Thanks everyone for all the support over the last few days, lets go again...🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽💛

Ovulation tests, clearblue is good or LH testing strips, you cant them off amazon, apps aren't accurate at all xxxx

I use Ovia my cycles are roughly the same as yours 25 is my average but has been 23-28 I usually ovulate cd11/12 I do bbt but I sleep crap so again just a guide and opk I use the cheap one step opk strips off Amazon couple of £ for 30 & get 10 pregnancy tests free. I get ovulation pains so that’s a good guide and watch out for watery/ewcm aswel.

I've used them all and the beast by far is the advanced clear blue DUAL HORMONE ovulation sticks. It had a mini reader that comes with each pack of sticks and you can test as many times a day as you like and you don't have to decipher the lines, it'll tell you if you a low, high or peak fertility. The other clear blue machine was annoying as it locked you out of testing ounces you treated in the morning so it could quite easily miss your lh surge. Trust me, get the dual purple sticks

Sorry to hear you are in so much pain. Are you on any fertility medication or IVF? I’ve been on Clomid for 4 months and 2 of the months have experienced horrendous pains and ended up being sent to the hospital by my GP. Scans etc confirmed I had suffered a ruptured ovarian cyst - not dangerous just painful. I would go to your GP if it’s out of the ordinary.

I also recommend the clear blue advance digital ovulation test xx
