What a day! We were pencilled in for transfer today but had the call this morning to say that out of our 5, they were a mixed bag and there was still no optimal front runner. They advised to go to day 6 to see if picture improved.
Then had a second call to offer us a double embryo transfer today. They cautiously advised this may increase our chances of pregnancy.
Seeing as none of the embryos are optimal, we decided to go for it. They shall monitor the other three and freeze if any (by miracle) become optimal.
Rollercoaster of a day but now resting up with two embryos on board! Feeling so thankful we got to this stage; they may not be the best quality but we’ve given it everything to get this far.
Onto the 2ww we go! 🤞
Love and hugs to all! Xx

Yay that's wonderful news I'm so happy for you 💗 will be praying your little embies stay snuggy. Whens your test day? This is the longest 2 weeks of my life!! Xxx
Thank you, just read your last post, sounds so similar! We had 9 eggs, 5 fertilised, one embryo is 3/4BC, the other is early blastocyst so too early to grade but appears to have looked good up to now albeit slower than the graded embryo. Unlikely we shall have any to freeze so our only NHS go. Test day is 15 December - so hope we both get out Christmas wish! Any tips so far for the 2ww?! Xx
Very similar! Unfortunately our other 3 didnt make it, so this is our last funded go, I keep telling the little embies to stick tight and be little fighters! I really hope you have some remaining embryos, but just focus on you and you 2 precious embies. So far I would say definitely take some time to rest, and when you feel ready, start busying yourself, if its going back to work or making plans with friends so you dont go stir crazy! I dont know about you, but I really dont want to test early! But enjoy being PUPO and reaching a huge milestone ☺ xx
We should get the call at lunchtime today about the remaining three 🤞 I’m just so thankful to have two onboard - not something I had even considered until yesterday! I’m almost too scared to test, feel like I’m in a little bubble that I don’t want to burst at the moment! Keep in touch and let me know how you get on 🤞 xx
That’s exciting!! Fingers crossed for you 🤞🏻🤞🏻 I had one FET on Friday last week.. it’s was so surreal and I can’t believe we’re at this stage! Counting down the day’s to test day! xx
