Help for next cycle? Questions for clinic

I'm going for a follow up next week and not sure what questions to ask? I had my first cycle in Jan/Feb and just had my 2nd both with DE. 1st was a miscarriage and 2nd was failed with a top quality embryo. They didnt change anything in the 2nd cycle, i have 2 top quality frosties. What do people do differently for implantation? And what to ask the clinic for ie tests or meds? This will be my first frozen cycle. Thanks in advance x

I do finish at 4pm today and not back until 2nd December. Specialists sometimes advise using low dose soluble aspirin or heparin to help with good blood flow to the womb lining and prevent clotting. Hope all goes well with your next cycle.
