Hi all , im due to have my 4th transfer tomorrow having a frozen cycle using 2 grade 4 embryos this time . really hoping and praying it works, any advice for me on the 2ww to help with implantation?? Any food to eat etc ?

Yes Pineapple the core of it is important and caffeine free peppermint tea worked for my first round. I have you in my prayers God bless.

Good luck for your transfer, I always think if there were any ‘magic’ foods the doctors would prescribe them but equally pineapples and Brazil nuts can’t hurt if it helps give you some control over the situation xx
